Parker + Lynch is working with a healthcare client that has an immediate need to hire an experienced and organized HR Manager/Business Partner. This is a newly created position due to growth and acquisition. You will be supporting an organization of 80 employee. If you are excited about establishing an HR department and team for a thriving company, I want to talk to you. The position is located in the Northeast sector of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree is highly preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • PHR/SPHR is desired
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies & guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance
  • Experience processing payroll and managing employee benefits
  • Proven ability to develop employee talent programs to cultivate, measure and improve productivity
  • Essential Job Duties:

  • Report directly to the COO with a dotted line to the company President
  • Manage all human resources policies
  • Develop & implement an employee talent program
  • Process payroll & manage employee benefits
  • Partner with the COO for legal, compliance and HIPPA
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
