Parker + Lynch is working with a healthcare client that has an immediate need to hire an experienced and organized HR Business Partner/HR Manager in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area. You will be supporting a privately owned specialty healthcare practice with two locations. Our client has about 250 employees. You will lead a small team in HR and will report directly to the CEO. Target salary is 100k with comprehensive benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • PHR/SPHR is desired
  • Bachelor's in human resources, business or psychology required
  • Industry knowledge in healthcare strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies & guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance
  • Experience with recruiting, employee relations and employee engagement required
  • Proven ability to develop employee talent programs to cultivate, measure and improve productivity
  • Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage all human resources functions for entity
  • Recruiting
  • Employee relations
  • On-boarding
  • Discipline, coaching and mentorship
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Pay Rate: 90k to 100k/year

    Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm -
