Parker and Lynch is currently conducting a direct hire search for an Information Technology Manager with strong leadership experience for our client in the Greater Seattle Area. They are a strong and stable company looking to expand their team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervises staff by reviewing their procedures in performing daily work to ensure accuracy. Develops a competent, productive and efficient staff by supervising, directly and through delegation. Prioritize the workload of staff to meet departmental operating requirements
  • Oversee the IT budget - analyze financial information  to ensure all operations are within budget, review budget requests for approval, forecast future budget needs and suggest spending improvements that increase profits
  • Oversees the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of the information technology services, including data and voice components by working with others to determine requirements and deploy successful services
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards 
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or IT Manager/Lead  
  • Exceptional team building skills
  • Very strong communicator 
  • Experience in a Microsoft environment 
  • Familiarity with LAN environment designing and analyzing network systems
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
