Parker & Lynch is working together with a well-established client in their search for an Account Manager for Inside Sales. This position is working for a company that is growing rapidly and has a great work environment. The role is 100% remote and includes a competitive base salary + commission. This position will work on both outbound and inbound calls and activities, and will include upselling and retaining existing clients, and growing the overall book of business. This role does involve cold-calling new potential clients, referrals, marketing or online generated leads.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work together with teams across the business to develop a sales strategy geared toward helping achieve individual and company growth goals
  • Understand unique goals to identify additional opportunities for continued growth through product adoption, cross sell, up sell, and process improvements
  • Cold calling; making outbound calls to potential customers
  • Acknowledge and understand customer needs and provide solutions and support
  • Research potential leads from a variety of sources
  • Qualify leads from campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Present and deliver information about the product to current and potential customers
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to achieve sales objectives
  • Maintain database of prospective partner information
  • Contribute to team success by assisting colleagues with inquiries from prospective customers
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in inside sales position
  • Prior experience selling SaaS applications (preferred)
  • Proven experience successfully selling to new and existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships.
  • Great presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Practical approach to solving complex problems
  • Strong web and computer skills
  • Familiarity with or other CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
