Parker + Lynch is looking for an Interim HR Manager to help a healthcare client as we also recruit for a permanent placement.  Our client is open to someone working a reduced schedule in the interim to help.  We are looking for someone available immediately that is experienced and organized.  An ideal candidate will have 15+ years of HR experience and been an HR leader in the past.  You will be supporting a privately owned specialty healthcare practice with about 250 employees. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of HR experience
  • PHR/SPHR is desired
  • Bachelor's in human resources, business or psychology required
  • Industry knowledge in healthcare strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general HR policies & guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance
  • Experience with recruiting, employee relations and employee engagement required
  • Proven ability to develop employee talent programs to cultivate, measure and improve productivity
  • Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage all human resources functions for entity
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Pay Rate: $50 -$100/hour

    Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - 40 hours a week, time and a half for overtime
