Business Purpose

The Project Manager supports two primary focuses for this transformation: 1) Change Management 2) Learning 

They will integrate elements of change, help prioritize upcoming deliverables, ensure integration of content, stakeholders and schedule. Work with leadership regarding the change of sequence in communication as roll out of PM will utilize project management best practices to elevate project deliverables. 

Creation of an integrated change program management plan (inclusive of technology, learning and communications) to help visualize milestones and deadlines and make it easier to adjust and see follow on impacts, organization of backlog into this planning structure.

 

Description

This program manager will support the individual HR change elements (projects) planned. These projects will be part of the backlog and the subsequent phases of the technology and process roll out – one planned in October and another sometime in 2020. The projects will include elements of talent, rewards and performance – process, technology and associated behavioral changes needed to be successful.

  • Experience in agile project management, large scale change management programs
  • Ability to adapted, fast learning, organized, fearless in integration and an excellent written and oral communicator
  • Establish strong working relationship with existing change team to help document and transition their work to the sustainment team, who will be new to their roles 
  • S/He will directly support change leader and a SME focused on Change and will need to work closely with counterparts in the PMO for 2CHR and in the HR Architecture team.

 

Project deliverables

  • Create and Maintain large integrated schedules & parent/child schedules
  • Create project plan, including resource plan, communication plan, stakeholder analysis, Risk, action item log, decision log, progress to plan, status, help needed and executive summary.
