Parker + Lynch is currently in search of a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster for a client here in Albuquerque, NM. This organization prides themselves on serving members of the New Mexico Hospitality industry for over 30 years! In this role, you will be overseeing the claims process and working with a small team of driven individuals to help service our community. Responsibilities:

  • Handling claims in accordance with NM statutory, regulatory and ethics requirements as well as within company policies and procedures
  • Documenting and communicating all claim activity timely and effectively and in a manner which supports the outcome of the claim file
  • Exercising proper judgment and decision making to analyze the claims compensability and exposure to determine the proper course of action
  • Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related claims experience
  • Ability to work individually and with a team
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, plan and organize activities, serve clients, negotiate, effectively communicate verbally and in writing and embrace new challenges
  • Salary: 40k to 55k/year

    Hours: 8am to 5pm, 40 hours a week
