Parker + Lynch Technology is seek a Sr. Software Developer who is passionate engaging in the development and implementation of state of the art consumer mobile and web validation infrastructure in the healthcare industry. Looking for a strong multi-tasker, able to adapt quickly to new development environments and changing business requirements. You can learn new systems, build reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems.

We use a cloud native microservice platform and serverless architecture, striving for fully automated continuous deployment ecosystem. We use: Go, Python, NodeJS, NoSQL (DynamoDB), Docker and a wide variety of AWS native services.

Duties:

·        Craft and develop tooling for CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering practices, working with DevOps, Development and Product Engineering teams. Exploring various approaches to build new test frameworks, automation and infrastructure to streamline testing of our software products. Work across departments with various product teams to architect and support the implementation of integration testing strategies for mobile, web and micro-services. Working with development teams to help automate unit, functional and system-level tests and providing guidance through code and design reviews for features delivered.

Requirements

·        Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

·        Familiar with Docker

·        Good web, mobile and database application technologies, automated testing and tools.

·        Proven experience with TDD/ATDD/BDD

·        Strong Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

·        Work across project teams to use existing knowledge, technologies and solutions.

·        Strong multi-functional communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

·        Ability to lead and guide team members.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience working on tools and infrastructure challenges involving CICD pipeline validation, large scale backend distributed services, and observability functionality

·        Experience monitoring product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc)

·        Proficiency with Python, Go, Scala, NodeJS

·        Significant hands-on experience using Cucumber testing framework (Ruby & JS)

·        Experience crafting end-to-end integration automation (API and UI) within sophisticated organizations

·        Experience in integrating test plans within and across clouds with focus on functional, business, complex scenarios, high impact projects, usability, and accessibility performance, resiliency, and setting up scalable infrastructures
