Job Requirements:

  • Collaborate with a team of software developers, system analysts and software architects to strategize, design, implement, analyze, and preserve web and desktop-base business applications developed on Microsoft machines.
  • Prepare detailed reports, guides and other documentation on the status, process, and maintenance of software’s.
  • Design, implement, and examine applications in line with set standards.
  • Collaborate in peer-reviews of code and designs.
  • Bundle and support distribution of releases.
  • Work with team to migrate older application to present Microsoft technology.
  • Examine and resolve technical and application issues.
  • Evaluate openings for application and process enhancement and prepare documentation of reasoning to share with team members and other involved groups.
  • Keep to high-level development principles while delivering results on-time and on-budget.
  • Required Qualifications:

    Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 + years in a professional role as a Software Developer
  • BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a correlated study
  • Core Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft .NET development via C#
  • Strong front-end skills and practice with web development technology including ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, MVC3
  • Experience in UI Design and modeling
  • Experience in constructing AMP pages
  • Experience in source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Automated testing experience
  • Agile development methodologies i.e. Scrum
  • Debugging, optimization, and performance profiling experience
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
  • Strong will to find ways to improve processes, systems, and solutions
