Parker + Lynch Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator in Chicagoland. The Systems Administrator will serve as an essential part of the technical support team and requires a working knowledge of Windows Desktop systems, configuration, installation, maintenance as well as support. Provide technical guidance to users on proper use of company software and equipment. The role will be partially in the office partially remote.

 

Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work with non-technical end users on their level

• Serving as desktop support for end user technical questions and problem reporting

• Resolving local hardware/software issues Work with users to identify

• Provide technical guidance/assistance to users on proper use of company software/equipment

 

 

Skills:

• Microsoft Certification such as MCSE

• SQL Server experience including basic queries and monitoring

• VB.NET and/or C#.NET

• SonicWall experience and general Firewall experience

• Experience with SIP/Telecom
