A Technical Service Representative role is available through Parker + Lynch. The Technical Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer and service technical inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer technical and parts calls and email inquiries from customers and field service personal.
  • Assist in processing service claims and parts returns for warranty.
  • Report technical and parts issues to appropriate departments to insure customer satisfaction when seeing trends in product defects.
  • Review and help produce quality manuals and troubleshooting guides for customers and field service technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with our equipment in order to provide good customer service.
  • Process parts orders and return authorizations for customers and part distributors.

    Requirements

  • Computer skills, word and excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC process
  • Customer service skills
