Business Challenge

Our client, a global workforce solutions provider, was in the process of making major organizational changes in the United States. After deciding to consolidate their North American corporate headquarters, more than 150 positions were scheduled to move from their New York location to their operations in Florida. During the transition, discretion, speed and due diligence were paramount to the project’s success. Our client needed to prepare for the inevitable attrition and ensure that strong leadership was in place during the transition.

Our solution

We provided support throughout every phase of the transition, including the planning process, logistics, knowledge transfer and post-placement support. Our client invested in our consolidated hiring process, trusting our tenured staffing experts to confidently make placements with minimal involvement from client hiring managers and representatives.
