Our client, a global workforce solutions provider, was in the process of making major organizational changes in the United States. After deciding to consolidate their North American corporate headquarters, more than 150 positions were scheduled to move from their New York location to their operations in Florida. During the transition, discretion, speed and due diligence were paramount to the project’s success.
